The greytHR Referral Program - Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

  • The program/ promotion will commence on / by 1st December 2023 unless revoked by greytHR in its sole discretion without any prior notice.

  • Subject to terms and conditions, under this program, for every company you refer [such entity hereinafter referred to as the ‘Referee/ Lead’] to greytHR to take up our product/ service:

    • You will be eligible to receive Rewards in 2 phases:

      • You will be eligible to receive Rewards/ payout worth up to INR 800 when the Referral/lead signup and completes the demo.

      • The final payout will be paid out in 2 phases.

        • 50% payout when the referral makes their first payment on the invoice generated.

        • 50% payout when the referral completes 2 payroll cycles.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances and under no legal theory (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) and notwithstanding anything contained anywhere in the site or under the agreement or any other agreement entered into (express or implied) or under any of the referral program offered by the company, shall we nor our partners or franchisees or licensors or associates or representatives be liable (regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, including, without limitation, any action for negligence) for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the usage or inability to use the referral program even if such party has been advised of the possibility of, or could have foreseen, such damages in any manner, and even if the limited remedies provided herein fail their essential purpose.

(b) The aggregate liability of greytip and the affiliated parties in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to the referral program, information, documents and schemes provided herein or hereby shall not exceed rs. 10 and that amount shall be in lieu of all other remedies which you may have against us and any affiliated party.some laws do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability, so these limits may not apply to you.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The terms and conditions of this Referral Program constitutes electronic agreement (“Agreement”) in accordance with the Information Technology Act of India and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You hereby expressly agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India, for the purpose of resolving any dispute relating to this Agreement or access to or use of the Referral Program by You.

General Terms and Conditions

The Program is open only to Indian Citizens aged 21 or older. Void in any jurisdiction in which the Program is prohibited or not capable of being conducted as contemplated by Greytip. Employees of Greytip and its affiliates and the immediate family members of all such employees and all others with whom they are living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Program or to receive Rewards. Greytip reserves the right to alter, modify, suspend or terminate the Program at any time upon notice, which notice may include a posting at www.greythr.com/refer-a-customer

Nothing contained in the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be construed as creating a relationship of principal and agent, partnership or joint venture between Greytip and you. It is understood, agreed and intended that each party shall be deemed an independent contractor at all times, and shall have no express or implied right or authority to assume or create any obligation on behalf of the other party. If any provision of this Agreement  is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions will remain in force. No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this Agreement  will act as a waiver of such rights. This Agreement  and any additional terms and conditions imposed by Greytip during the Program registration process and/or at www.greythr.com/refer-a-customer are the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding and replacing any and all prior agreements, communications, and understandings (both written and oral) regarding such subject matter. Greytip reserves the right to modify the terms of this  Agreement at any time.  

Greytip is the sole sponsor of the Program. The Program is not sponsored by, endorsed by or affiliated with Referral Rock.

Reservation of Rights

Greytip reserves all rights, implied or otherwise, that are not expressly granted to you hereunder and retains all rights, title, and interest in its products and services. Neither these Terms and Conditions nor the Program grant you the right to use any Greytip products, services, or intellectual property.
